How to send feedback on Xooa platform to the customer support?

  1. Click the Feedback button at the bottom right corner of the app
  2. Toggle to select the type of feedback; General, Bug or Feature
  3. Enter your message
  4. Attach image if available
  5. Select the checkbox to give your consent for the customer support team to contact you for the feedback
  6. Rate your experience by selecting the emoji
  7. Click Send Feedback
