What is the role of a Moderator?

As a moderator, you can perform the below operations in your whitelabel NFT Marketplace.

Verify/ Unverify Creators in NFT Marketplace

To Verify

  1. Login to your whitelabel NFT marketplace
  2. Click Users
  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Verify User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name
  4. Check for accuracy of data
  5. Click The token owner verification will show as ‘True’

To Unverify

  1. Login to your whitelabel NFT marketplace
  2. Click Users
  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Unverify User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name
  4. Click The token owner verification will show as ‘False’

Block/ Unblock users in NFT Marketplace

As a moderator of the app, you can block users whose credentials are not genuine. However, upon proper verification, a blocked user can be unblocked as well.

To Block User

  1. Login to your whitelabel NFT marketplace
  2. Click Users
  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Block User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name
  4. Click Block to block the user from using the marketplace

To Unblock User

  1. Login to your whitelabel NFT marketplace
  2. Click Users
  3. From the Actions dropdown, select Unblock User. The popup window will display the Owner ID and Name
  4. Click Unblock to unblock the user. This action will enable the users to sell or buy tokens using the marketplace

Delist items in NFT Marketplace

This operation will delist your token from the marketplace.

  1. Login to Xooamarket.com
  2. In the Moderate Marketplace tab, click Delist Token on the item
  3. Click Delist
