I’m unable to login to the marketplace

This is probably for the following reasons:

  1. If the error message displays 'User does not exist', Check the spelling of user email id.
  2. If the error message displays 'username or password incorrect', Check both email id and password for correctness. Turn off caps lock if it's on.
  3. If the error message displays 'Network error', check your internet connection, proxy and firewall settings.
